Positive: The location was great, quiet, and green. The balcony.
Negative: Bed size. There is no service for 5 nights. Nobody picks the garbage. We had to take it somewhere out of the building. Some smells in some room. You have to meet and see every time elderly people who are leaving there.
Summary: Overall, it was OK.

Positive: It was Okey, but misunderstanding concerning breakfast. First day I order full breakfast, they only give me coffee. Second day I take full breakfast I don't like it I say no more breakfast. Next day they have prepared the full breakfast I don't take it. They made me pay for 3 full breakfast, 24 euros...

Positive: I came very late and no prob to check in. Booked it only a week ahead. Very good price. Clean, spacious. It is in principle an elderly residence combined with hotel, so super quite. Went for a run at night in the forest close-by... and only 10m drive from the European Parliament. The furniture etc. is not the most modern type but for example bed was really confortable. In short - great value for money.
Summary: Great value for money. Everything OK...

Positive: The location was good, a quiet neighbourhood. The room was mainly clean, there was no dust on the floor or on the table.
Negative: The staff was rude. There wasn’t any bed sheets for the sofa bed. When i asked for sheets they were acting like it was my job to get the sheets but instead i asked them. There were lots of spider webs in the room. The floor was clean but i dont know how they skip so many webs on the walls. And it was a seniors apartment, when you do the booking it wasn’t mentioned on the description. So there was some kind of a smell in the room and in the hallway.
Summary: That was a cheap option but i suggest people to spend a little more money and you can find a better place.

Positive: Quiet location, in the outskirts of Strasbourg. A tram stop to the center is 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Appartment on the 4th floor was bright and spacious, has a kitchen, microwave oven, large bathroom. Perfect matress, big smart tv. Lovely lady at the reception desk on the first day, warm and helpful (thank you!)
Negative: Location might be disappointing for some, since you need at least 30-40 minutes to get anywhere in the center by public transport, which on the other hand is reliable and frequent. Bad smell inside the bathroom, like dead fish and urin, but gets tolerable if you open the windows for a couple of hours. I wouldnt consider this as a dealbreaker since there are 2 doors between the bathroom and the main room, which makes things a little better.
